Placed on ordered for Halara on Facebook and accidentally ordered wrong size snd after numerous attempts to contact someone I placed s new order with corrected size. I then continued to try by email and by live chat to cancel the first order and was unsuccessful. No direct phone number to their customer service and just poor communication.

Love the pants. I purchased 3 pairs.

All are great, but the wrong size on 2 of them. I cannot get answers online to return them. Unfortunately, my email is not matching the order number due to encryption.

I don't believe there is a single human who works in customer service. Just robots on the chat.

Could not connect with customer service. I needed to return an item.

Ive sent 2 emails, and no response! How do I return an item! If you could answer that, then I would give the company a better rating!!! Its impossible to connect with customer service.

I have not had that problem with other companies I have dealt with! Please fix the problem!
