Highly upset
Halara will take your money asap when you order, but dont ask for a refund!!! It has taken me days and no refund yet!!! You hv to pay to get costumer service and Im still out $96 and cant wear the items

Your company is full of crap! I will no longer do business with you, but I will take this as far as I need to go to get refunds because you are not replying to a simple request to exchange items.
I have at least four duplicate items that I purchased from you, and I simply need to exchange them. I have tried contacting you several times by telephone, which you do not answer, also by email without a reply.
I simply need to exchange the items that I purchased from you. I am very disappointed for I've spent over $1000 with you, and now I can’t get anyone to return a call or answer a call or email.

Being blocked
Trying to inquire about the whereabouts of my order got me blocked... I can not get onto their website, contact customer service really do anything to get answers ..

Unable to talk to a human being
I spent an hour and a half dealing with a chat being. There were very long pauses between that person's responses, the last being over 45 minutes, at which point I gave up.
I think there should be a real person to talk to. The chat responses never address the issue, but give pre-determined responses of no use.

I can't contact now. Every time I go on Hilara, it says network error.
